My mom was admitted to Neurotrauma after a terrible fall down the basement steps. Garrett was working on my mom’s 2nd night in the hospital, one of the most painful and uncomfortable nights of recovery during the duration of her stay. Garrett was attentive to her every need and went above and beyond to sense her state of wellness, acting in advance of any discomfort he was able to prevent. Not only did Garrett ensure my mom was well cared for, but he was also diligent in ensuring my 2 sisters and I had what we needed while we stayed with my mom. She is notoriously cold all the time, and once Garrett learned this was the case, he ensured that Mom always had a freshly warmed blanket throughout the night. We’ll never forget his kindness and thoughtfulness during some of my mom’s toughest nights.
