Garrett Cross, RN
Garrett went above and beyond for my mother. He had a positive attitude, thought outside of the box, was very attentive, and it was obvious he cares about his patients and is a nurse for all of the right reasons.
My mom had a biliary drain issue after the procedure. He was quick to offer and find solutions to cap the drain and get the external bag removed, as it was very upsetting to my mom. He also sent messages to IR and followed up to get them to her room as soon as possible to evaluate. Garrett found a valve that worked great so my mom could have some mental relief.
Bottom line, Garrett not only treated my mom with respect, but he is an all-around great human. I recognized the way he treated other patients, his coworkers, and other staff members while I was there. He treats everyone with the same respect. He's a role model in the healthcare industry. We really appreciate the care he provided.
