One nurse immediately caught my attention. He was walking down the hallway with a friendly smile, greeting everyone with a cheerful "Good morning, how are you today?" That simple greeting instantly made me feel at ease and set the tone for the kind of environment and care I would receive.

Then I heard a familiar voice—"Hello, good morning, Sir, my name is Garry, and I’ll be taking good care of you today." My shaky hands were replaced with a smile and a sigh of relief. The compassion and kindness I observed in the hallway were consistent in every interaction Garry had with me and everyone around.
