Gary Anders, BSN, RN

Gary demonstrated all the qualities any family would want in a nurse taking care of their loved ones. A couple were both admitted to the hospital receiving end-of-life care. After a family member's request, Gary took it upon himself to coordinate having both patients in the same room so they could hold hands while the family members were present at the bedside. The family members shared they will never forget what he did for their family during this difficult time. Gary makes sure his patients and visitors feel like family.
