Gary Vanhoven, RN

When I was in immense pain from muscle spasms in my leg, I was scared. I was crying, and Gary was there. He held my hand, reassured me that I was going to be okay, and made me feel safe. From the moment I was here, he has been such a friendly and charming guy. He made me feel at home and told me relatable funny stories about his life. He greeted me the night I came back from Bronson and welcomed me back and made me feel so relieved to be back at Borgess. Gary is an awesome guy and is the ideal type of nurse when I think of Borgess, and I’m grateful I met him.
