July 2020 Honoree
Gayla Ninmann, RN
Being first-time parents who were unable to attend many of the prenatal courses due to COVID-19, we were entering parenthood with a moderate level of nervousness and tons of questions. Throughout our stay, we encountered many terrific nurses, doctors, and staff members.
Gayla also played a vital role, especially with her positional techniques and displaying excellent leadership skills. She was extremely friendly and experienced. Although D and I truly value all the hard work all of our doctors and nurses put forth throughout this incredible experience, we equally value all of the countless small acts of kindness and compassion these nurses showed us. We want to express the utmost appreciation for the nurses' level of commitment to providing excellent care and the difference they make in our lives. We couldn't help but realize how demanding this specialty of medicine can be, we were greatly impressed by their level of dedication to us and our daughter, to which we are forever grateful.
