My wife was a patient several times in the Emergency Room. Gayla made her always feel comfortable. She would pray for her. She would always have a smile on her face. Even when we knew she was so tired; she was always compassionate towards my wife. My wife passed away in July, but with our last visit to the ER Gayla always checked on her, kept us informed of test results, and let us know when she would be moved upstairs to a room. She even stayed after her shift to answer questions for us!
