I became Gayle's patient in PACU. She quickly noticed that my blood pressure was dropping and my abdomen was getting more distended. She notified my surgeon and anesthesiologist immediately. I went for STAT CT which showed I was bleeding and she administered blood and kept the OR open for me. She allowed my family to see me before I returned to the OR. I was in hypovolemic shock and I would have died if it wasn't for her.
