I have never met a nurse with such compassion for her job. She went above and beyond for my care after my CABG surgery. When I was in pain she would constantly bring me warm towels for my back pain, warm towels for my legs when I was in a recliner. Explained everything in a manner that I could understand. After I started to eat, she saw that I could only eat soup and ordered a soup specially for me with every meal. When I was feeling a bit better she found out that I like lemons and always made sure I had lemon slices. Not once did she stop smiling or was not there when I needed her. I have been in a few hospitals including Memorial but I have never seen a nurse with such energy, compassion, professionalism, friendliness as Geena. Nurses like Geena are very rare especially those who really love their jobs.
