I would like to tell you about my personal experience at the Mental Health Facility in Riverside, CA. About one week ago my life came to a crashing halt. I felt like my heart was going to implode. All of life's stresses and worries rolled into one lump and it landed right on my brain. I could not think straight at all and I became combative to every person I came in contact with including my lovely wife and wonderful children; I wanted to hurt myself and others. This was not normal because I love my life and most of all I love my family. I went to the clinic where they called for help and brought me here to Riverside. This is where everything changed.

The staff welcomed me without judgment and I met a wonderful angel named Geeta. She welcomed me with warm eyes and soothing words of comfort. Geeta constantly made me feel at ease with the stresses of life. She helped me to adjust to the new environment at the hospital. I am a man who thought I could do everything on my own. She helped me to realize that being a man is accepting that I cannot do everything on my own. We need help sometimes and she gave me hope that everything would be alright.

Geeta has provided constant care and attention throughout my entire ordeal. I only wish that all people in my situation will be lucky enough to meet a wonderful and caring soul such as Geeta. She has guided me into knowing that I can re-join the real world again. She is truly an angel! I only hope I can repay my debt to her. Thank you Geeta.
