Gem is very professional, compassionate and an excellent caregiver with a beautiful spirit; she was just a blessing. From the first day she went above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable. Even while bathing me she cleaned me as if I was her daughter and someone she had known her entire life. She was the best at controlling my pain. I am thankful that Gem was assigned to be my nurse. She certainly deserves recognition. It's plain to see that this is not just a job to her, it also her passion.
