Gema uses her thorough assessment, problem-solving and communication skills for our Residents. Since she knows her Residents so well, she recognized early signs of hepatic encephalopathy and contacted the Palliative Care Doctor for medication changes. Her Resident responded well and was back at baseline. Gema's actions had aclear impact on her resident's quality of life.
