I want you to know that my journey to recovery would have been incomplete without seeing the smiles of the wonderful nurses every day to give me hope through my anxiety, pain and tough times.
However, I cannot thank Sister Gemma Aposaga enough for providing me with the best nursing care that I could ever have. Somehow, she knew what I needed and took care of me many times before I even needed to ask.
She realized my need for a family and treated me like her daughter while my own families are thousands of miles away. Her compassion and graceful support were a healing of itself. I was fortunate to have been nursed and cared for by her. She truly cares for her patients and it shows. I appreciate all she did for me and others.
