In particular, on my surgery day, she managed to visit me by my bedside in the day surgery ward, answered many questions I had, reassured me everything would be fine, and put my mind at ease, which greatly reduced my anxiety. Her professionalism, dedication, compassionate care, and support have impressed me so much.
