Gemma established trust and understanding from the beginning. She kept every promise with sincerity, providing comfort and reliability throughout labor. Her commitment to doing what she said she would do created a safe and predictable environment during an uncertain time. Her ability to understand and connect with me, especially under challenging circumstances, was exceptional.
