It is very hard to pick one situation displaying the generosity and
compassion Gemma has. She is very patient and explains things to the
patients so they understand and don*t get confused. Patients come in
for pre-op and are very nervous or concerned about their upcoming
surgery. Once they leave, they have exclaimed to me how they feel much
more calm and confident about their situation. If a patient is thirsty,
she is quick to offer one of her own water bottles. Giving is so easy
to her and she never stops!
