Nurse Gemma was very attentive and always had a smile on her face. Even when my husband at times was very sick, at no time did she give me the impression that she was worried or scared. She always had an upbeat aura on her face which in turn took the worry off me. Just by her actions and talk, she eased my fear of my husband dying. All I had to do was stick my head out the door of my husband's room and she was immediately there to help me. She explained everything / procedure that she was about to do which helped me relax and my husband too. She had a way of making us feel relaxed and positive about our hospital stay. I had confidence in her, which is so important! She is a GREAT nurse!
