Gen Ballesteros, BSN, RN

Gen works so hard. When she walks into my mother’s room, we all can breathe a sigh of relief as we know our mother is in great hands. Gen has the ability to connect with her patients. She communicates with my mom and all of the family members like no other nurse. Gen pays attention when requests are made. Watching her work and seeing the volume of her workload amazes us. Despite being pulled in many directions, she always made the time to let us know we were not forgotten. Gen is so compassionate. She really understands how her patients are feeling. We would like to acknowledge and thank Gen for all her hours of hard work and devotion to her patients. We greatly appreciate Gen’s service!
