Oh my goodness, where do I begin? Gena is by far the best nurse I’ve ever had during this surgery and three prior surgeries. She is not only very intelligent in her field but also has the gift of compassion that allows the patient to face a difficult time with calmness, confidence, and assurance. Gena also has a pleasant smile and welcoming spirit and deeply cares about the needs of her patients. She’s an intelligent young lady and knows how to recognize a potentially dangerous situation that could occur if certain medications are not combined correctly. I was really impressed and thankful she detected a medication that would have caused a severe allergic reaction. VHC Health should be very thankful to have Gena on their team and I’m sure all her patients would also agree.
