She is the most patient nurse I encountered, despite being busy with so many patients. She is really quick in attending my needs. I was with no one during my hospitalization, I felt no one is there for me even my family they only have limited time to visit me. Every time I needed some personal help with my condition I cannot perform it. I can say Gen has become my second self. All the time I need to change my undergarments but due to my operation and the inability to do it even I feel so shy to her. She keeps on telling me, "Madam don’t worry, it is my responsibility to take care of you while you are in our hospital." With that I really felt God is so good to send this nurse who is so merciful to the needy like me. Allah bless you. I know you will help more people with your merciful heart.
