A patient admitted to the 10th floor lost their shoes during the hospital course. The patient was extremely angry and upset. Genesis truly went above and beyond to calm the patient down. Genesis removed her own sneakers and provided the patient with the sneakers that she was wearing. The patient was so happy to have a pair of shoes to wear home and said that Genesis was so kind to do that.
