Genessa Terrizzi, ASN RN

I was a re-admit through ED X 3. Genessa Terrizzi was my nurse on the fourth floor and what a blessing. She was compassionate, informative, pleasant and most of all listened to my concerns and fear of the unknown. I felt so at ease as this was the first time I was ever in the hospital at the age of 57. I was scared. Genessa educated me on my meds, gave me a rundown of what was ordered and explained if I asked. Her warm smile and voice were comforting.
