Geneva is a very professional nurse, very caring, who demonstrates empathy toward her patients as well as their families. Shows patience and understanding when a patient or family member is frustrated, tries to understand their point of view and provide the best answer and action as possible. Very honest because she truly cares for her patient. She understands that being ready at an time to admit a patient in the ICU is crucial; therefore she prepares a room in case of admission very early in the am when she has only one patient. Has good communication skills. Knows the priorities and is able to talk to families to inform them without overwhelming them with details. She is also a good resource to be a preceptor. Indeed, her conscientiousness and sense of responsibility make her a reliable preceptor. She takes her job seriously and wants the best for her patients.
