My mother was lucky to have Genevieve 3 days in a row. She is an attentive, efficient, friendly, and genuinely compassionate nurse. She treated my modest and overwhelmed mother with dignity and great care. Attentive to the fact that my mother's bed was literally facing the open doorway, Genevieve always made sure to close the curtain to offer my mother privacy during nursing assessments and wound checks. She made taking care of patients in tight space seems easy, and her professionalism and ability to "figure it out as she went along" was reassuring and comforting to my stressed-out mother facing a life-threatening situation.
