Our daughter has had three open-heart surgeries here and each time has been very challenging. Genevieve was very consistent with her empathy, compassion, and genuinely loving care for her. She made it her #1 goal to make everything and everyone as comfortable and updated as possible and it showed! She never showed any irritability or frustration when difficult times presented themselves. She never let anything or anyone affects her while she was her nurse. She is great at listening and giving suggestions when asked for. She's a great caregiver and you can tell she's a natural-born nurturer! She deserves to be acknowledged for going above and beyond, especially during a pandemic! I was very blessed to have been able to meet her, and our daughter's journey was greatly impacted by Genevieve's heart! Her compassion and amazing attitude, in this difficult time, has been amazing.
