Genevieve was the first person I met with after I received my diagnosis. On that scary day, her presence brought calm to the exam room. With a soft-spoken voice, she explained each step clearly, never rushing, always listening.

Genevieve highlighted key areas in my folder that I needed to pay attention to later. She did an excellent job educating my husband and me, answering the many questions we had. Her kindness showed not just in what she said, but in how she said it—gentle, reassuring, and steady.

Each and every time I send a message in MyChart, Genevieve responds promptly or relays the message to whoever can help me, and explains the steps she has taken so far. It can’t be easy being an oncology nurse. On my worst day, Genevieve showed kindness, patience, and strength.
