Nurse Salgado gave me a warm greeting. Made the paperwork easy to do and understand. My nurse gave me a gown, helped me undress. Helped me transfer out of my wheelchair onto the bed. She packed my belongings. She comforted me during the pulse, blood pressure and IV procedures. She gave me blankets to keep warm. She entertained me when she wasn't with me by giving me the TV remote. The whole staff and SDS unit kept everything running smoothly. My nurse gave me instructions after and for the next day too. Nurse Salgado helped me get transportation home. She made the whole experience extraordinary. She's an angel. I thank God for her. I am 55 year old paraplegic for 38 years. I am experienced with hospitals and procedures. 36 operations and counting. I can tell when the nursing staff is good. The care I got from SDS and Genevieve Salgado was extraordinary. She's a star.
