Our mom was struggling to breathe and had to be placed on a BiPAP machine. During this frightening and overwhelming time, Georgia showed not only exceptional clinical skill but also deep compassion. She was kind and attentive to our mom, making sure she was as comfortable as possible despite the seriousness of her condition. Just as importantly, she cared for us, answering our questions, reassuring us, and making sure we understood what was happening. Her calm, knowledgeable presence brought a sense of relief during one of the scariest moments we've faced as a family. We will never forget the kindness, professionalism, and warmth Georgia showed. She truly made a difference in our lives, and we believe she deserves this recognition for the exceptional nurse and human being she is.
