I met Ms. Geraldine about 20 minutes before my operation. She was very nice, bubbly, generous, and warm-hearted. She assured me that she would be there with me the whole time during the operation.
When I got to the OR and they put me on the table, I began to panic. In a second, she was next to me holding my hand and telling me how great I was doing. The last thing I remember was her soft smiling eyes and calming voice. If it wasn't for Ms. Geraldine, I think this operation would have gone a lot differently.
