Gerry is exceptional. You always see a smile on his face, even when the ER is busting at the seams. He is a true team player that comes to the floor and starts a difficult IV smiling and speaking to the patient. He is gentle and caring. Speaks with a positive attitude. Definitely meets criteria for caring, respectful, compassionate with staff and visitors. Sets an example for others, humble and doesn't realize he is a leader to be emulated.
