When Gerson "JoJo" started his shift and was getting report out, he saw and heard my children leaving me and crying. He waited until the other nurse left and out of his heart, he asked me why I was worried and why my children were crying. I said I am worried about my surgery tomorrow and without hesitation, he explained to me that I would be fine and not to worry. Based on his experience, he has seen a lot of procedures like mine and there is nothing to worry about. His words made a big impact on me and my wife. JoJo has a good, caring heart and he is a professional all around. He went above and beyond, and I thank him!
