I wanted to give a "shout out "to a fabulous healthcare provider who made my journey through a cardiac catheterization an easier experience. Of course, every person with a healthcare need coming to a hospital has some level of fear. With any heart-related matter, it is downright scary.
Gertha was so professional, efficient, and pleasant that it created a bubble of calm and confidence around me throughout my whole experience. She assured me that I was going to get the best treatment with the best of cardiac professionals. I felt very relaxed and so well cared for -my "nerves" seemed to be forgotten.
Please give a special thanks to Gertha. She so well represented herself, her cardiac teammates, and your hospital.
