This nurse exemplifies compassion, quality, and accountability. Gertie exemplifies all of the listed core values. I was nervous to take any pills and her patience with me helped immensely. She even went out of the way to bring my heated dinner which I missed when oversleeping the first time I took my prescribed pills. She was amazing with all the patients and her co-workers. When doing meds, she appears to always follow all procedures and treats all patients with kindness.
