I was brought to the ER and was admitted due to a frightening and serious experience with heart issues. I was scared and alone.
You met me in the hallway, helped me get comfortable, and told me in your friendly and reassuring voice, "It's going to be ok."
During my stay, Trudy was attentive, concerned, and worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs, both physical and emotional. I actually looked forward to seeing her.
