My husband has several cardiac complications and is in poor health. Thankfully, the past two times in the admit unit, he was cared for by Gervine Brown, RN. There are no words to describe her careful attention to my husband and her kindness to both of us. She efficiently finished all that needed to be done in order for my husband to be ready to go to an inpatient room. She asked several times if there was anything we needed. I asked for a cup of coffee; she made a fresh pot. She worked efficiently, was calm and organized and both of us were able to relax under her excellent care.
Gervine Brown serves Bronson well and promotes the quality of service that hospitals today are sometimes lacking. She always had a smile on her face. We were truly blessed to have been under her care in the admit unit. She knows how to provide excellent care and to also be compassionate. We are certainly in her debt.
