Lucy attended to my mom in the beginning when her progress was slow and she wasn't always alert. But Lucy treated her like she was alert. She would talk to her and hug her and address her often when she entered the room. The patients who are heavily drugged do know somewhat what is going on around them and Lucy knows that. That is why she treated my mom like she was. Thank you Lucy.
