 I found Ghada to be highly caring, empathetic, attentive, and excellent at communicating with the patient. She consistently treats patients with kindness, offering a warm smile and actively listening to their concerns.

What impressed me most was her participation in rounds with the nursing supervisor, during which she collects patients’ feedback, documents it carefully, and works on addressing and correcting it promptly. She takes all observations seriously and ensures swift improvement and follow-up.
