From my very first interaction with the nurses in the GI unit, I could tell that they had expertise and that I was in good hands. It was my first colonoscopy, but Alix told me how it would work and made me feel at ease. She is gifted with giving a fantastic first impression and is very professional.
They brought me to the bed, and when I started to plop down face-first, they were so nice, even, and we all giggled about how I was supposed to face up at that moment. Everyone involved came to introduce themselves, and I felt like a VIP.
Afterwards, my aftercare was amazing. They anticipated my needs and made me feel comfortable, bringing me out to my car in a wheelchair. I am so lucky to have this team. I know that I can call and ask any questions about my procedure. I actually don't mind if I have to come back in 5 years instead of 10 because the experience was so positive! I love Tahoe, and I love that Barton has the best nurses ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
