Makati Medical Team remains the top-notch and excellent medical care provider in our country. Its success is brought about by competent and highly skilled doctors, caring nurses, and committed hospital employees. Last April I had a scheduled operation. I was picked up from my room by Nurse Gian heading to the delivery room. She was very caring and attentive to my needs. She assisted me in going to the bathroom and personally changed my medical gown since I got blood stains due to my unexpected period. She has done this with grace and has made me feel like we've been connected for so long as a friend or a family. She also wished me a successful operation and provided comfort, too.

The following day, she went beyond her call of duty as she visited me in the early morning before her scheduled duty just to check on my condition. This nurse deserves to be recognized for her passion for extending the extra mile and showing genuine care to patients like me who needed support to ensure swift recovery. Thank you, Gian! I am grateful for knowing and having "YOU" during my confinement! KUDOS to you!
