When I met Giang, he was friendly, energetic, and seemed very knowledgeable. I told him I could not find my jewelry that they took off me in surgery. He actually took the time to look around. He went to the ER, found a security officer, and asked him. They found my wedding ring in the surgery part of the building. He was also very clear and took the time to explain treatments and all the medications I would be taking. He always had a smile on his face and a helping hand. In my eyes, he's a top-notch nurse.
