Gianna Hyland was part of the medical team when my husband came for a surgical procedure early in the morning. She displayed the most personable and professional aspect of a nurse. She added humor to the clinical process as she quickly completed the task at hand. She conversed with the patient in a very pleasant manner that helped the patient feel relieved of any anxieties. She also acknowledged me and engaged with me overall. She combined her professionalism and personality to bring comfort and care to the patient.
