While all the nurses I encountered during my visit to Chester County Hospital’s ambulatory Care Center were caring, empathetic, thoughtful, and calm under pressure, this is especially true for Nurse Gigi. I cannot say enough great things about her. Gigi diligently brought over a vein finder machine, patiently searched for the best place to place the needle, and took extra caution to ensure she painlessly inserted the IV. When I was about to faint, she talked to me and made jokes to keep me aware while also keeping my attention away from all the people rushing into my room. She patiently explained what happened to me in detail to each nurse and doctor that came to my room to help. Gigi would also take time to reassure my mom, who was accompanying me and was very concerned about my situation. Days later, my mom and I still think of how great of a nurse she is. I hope you will consider my unwavering endorsement of Nurse Gigi.
