Giles was his nurse and he was not rushed, explained procedures and meds as well as encouraged him to let him know he was doing well.
My husband had quadruple bypass surgery and was in the ICU for two days. All the ICU nurses were super! When my husband was moved out to Progressive Care, Giles was his nurse and he was not rushed, explained procedures and meds as well as encouraged him to let him know he was doing well. He always asked my husband if he needed anything every time he left the room. We really appreciated the change in a shift as the attending RN reviewed the patient's care with the oncoming RN. This made us feel at ease knowing all information was given in our presence.
We really can’t thank all the staff enough; they were all amazing. After working at this hospital for 12 years and retiring from there, we were very pleased and glad we came here when my husband had his first heart attack. This cardio team is top-notch and onboard to improve the health of their patients. This was a life event happening for my husband, but we feel we had the best doctors and nurses possible, which made all go smooth and positive. We were also pleased with the ER in getting my husband admitted quickly! Thank you to all!
