Gillian Bozada, BSN, RN

Gillian always seemed happy to help me; never seemed bothered or in a super rush to leave. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain aspects of my condition and options when I had them. Medications were always promptly delivered and also medications to deal with breakthrough pain when needed. She truly cared about hygiene- so basic and so important. Even though I didn't feel up to the effort of getting out of bed, even though I really needed it, she wanted me to shower and helped me every step of the way. I cannot tell you how much better being clean made me feel. She helped me wash up when I vomited and washed my back when I was drenched from sweating. She would bring me clean sheets and gowns any time it was needed. I felt like she was an advocate and a friend. The level of caring Gillian gave me went way above competency; she has the desire to help others in her soul. Bless you, Gillian. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you the most.
