Gina was so calming, caring, and knowledgeable. My 84-year-old dad had a cardiac event, was rushed to Catheterization Lab, and returned to ICU. Gina was compassionate, professional, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. She kept us informed but more importantly took outstanding care of my dad.

She exemplified the ideal care one would expect and frankly demand for their loved one. My family has experienced multiple hospitalizations in the past months but care was lacking. Attention was limited and knowledge lacking but Gina restored my confidence and faith in nursing and this particular hospital.

She was engaged constantly with my dad's care. She was diligent in follow-up with the doctors involved. In spite of our emotional demeanor Gina never once lost patience with my dad, me, my mom, or my sister. She was professional in every aspect. She is an asset to this institution and should be recognized. Health is an emotional issue and everyone wants the best care.
