There have been many times while working with Gina where I personally witnessed her being an amazing nurse. Gina goes above and beyond for her patients to ensure they all feel heard and respected. Looking back at a time that truly highlighted her traits was when Gina went out of her way to help me walk a patient to their room to ensure their safety. This was because the patient was in an altercation with another patient in the gym earlier that evening. Besides this small act, Gina truly cares about her patients and it shows through her work every day.
