Gina is a person who enters the room with a smile, and before you know it, everyone is smiling. Her positive, caring attitude is contagious- exactly what you need at a time of stress/struggle. Gina has a very caring heart, and it shows. She fights for her patients' (and their families') comfort and best care. She feels like a member of our family. Our daughter and Gina even had cute nicknames for each other. What a difference that makes for the patient. Her enthusiasm for our daughter's care was exceptional. She would take time to explain everything and listen when she was worried or didn't understand. Gina stopped in after her shift if she wasn't assigned to her that day. There was always a smile and a "squeeze of her hand!" She was like that with our whole family. It was an honor to have her as our daughter's caregiver. She is a true professional who goes "above and beyond!"
