I am writing to express my gratitude to one of your staff members, Gina Bolante. I had the pleasure of floating to the NICU two weeks ago Sunday. Having not been in the NICU for about 2 years, and having always been rather out of my comfort zone with such patients, I was very fortunate to have Gina as my charge nurse. She was infinitely patient through all my questions and double-checking. She never tired of going out of her way to make sure that I was caught up and comfortable with what I was doing. She single-handedly made the float a pleasant, low-stress, and most importantly safe experience. She has earned my permanent respect and gratitude.
