Gina is the epitomy of a critical care nurse. She is a CCRN and has been for many years. She is more than motivated to share her vast knowledge base with all she comes in contact with. She is aggressively sought after as a preceptor because she is so well known as an expert teacher. She is kind, patient, and understanding with staff, patients and families. Gina is able to make amazing bonds with her families so much it is inspiring to many. Gina enjoys a very strong relationship with her MD colleagues and is a serious patient advocate.
