Everyone who works with Gina will tell you, she is the definition of commitment. She is an extremely hard workerand equally dependable. Gina is the first one there and the last one to leave type of person. She always puts the needsof patients and teammates above her own, and everyone loves her for it. When she's around, it makes you wantto work harder and more efficiently because you know what type of person she is. I have always hoped that oneday I will develop my leadership skills to be able to motivate people like Gina does.
